We completed this Pittsboro encapsulation project that also included mold removal and conditioning. We were able to completely encapsulate this crawl space but in the process of cleaning out the area, we noticed several areas with mold and mildew. As part of our services, we made sure to fully remove the mold and ensure it doesn’t come back, then we laid down poly sheeting to keep the whole area clean and dry. We vented the HVAC into the crawl space, also known as conditioning. Now the crawl space is clean, dry, free of mold, and will ensure the air quality and health of the home for the homeowners for years to come.
